related companies defined by Geniee, Inc. in its company profile ,
hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Geniee Group") have
established the following privacy policy for the operation of each service
provided by the Geniee Group. If a group company has established provisions
that differ from this privacy policy and such provisions contradict or
conflict with this privacy policy, such provisions shall take precedence over
this privacy policy. Furthermore, the Geniee Group may revise all or part of

Geniee Group will not handle personal information
beyond the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use without the prior

However, this does not apply in cases where it is handled as an
exception under laws and regulations.

6. Entrustment of personal information
Geniee Group may entrust
personal information that it has received to third parties. We will provide necessary
and appropriate supervision over such entrustment.
7.Safety management of personal
information handling
Geniee Group will take the following
safety management measures for the personal information entrusted
to us in accordance with our personal information protection policy.
• Establishment and operation of a
personal information protection management system that complies with JIS Q
15001 .
• Periodic self-inspections and
internal audits are conducted regarding the handling of personal information.
• Implementing access control and
measures to prevent unauthorized access to information systems that handle
personal information.
• Implementing measures to prevent
theft or loss of devices, electronic media, documents, etc. that handle
personal information.
• Entry and exit control to areas where
personal information is handled and restrictions on devices that can be brought
in.
8. Voluntary provision of personal information
and cases where personal information cannot be provided
The provision of personal information
by individuals to the Geniee Group is voluntary, for the purposes of use set
out in " 1. Purposes of Use of Personal Information" above. If the
personal information requested by the Geniee Group is not provided, the Geniee
Group may not be able to carry out the matters set out in " 1. Purposes of
Use of Personal Information."
9. Disclosure of personal information
Geniee Group will respond to requests
for notification of the purpose of use of personal information that falls under
items 1 to 6 in the table shown in " 1. Purpose of Use of Personal
Information" (however , item 5 does not include information on contractors
dispatched from partner companies), disclosure, correction, addition, deletion,
suspension of use, erasure, suspension of provision to third parties, or
disclosure of records of provision to third parties. If you wish to do so,
please follow the procedures in "[2] Procedures for Disclosure, etc. of
Personal Information" below.
10. Use of Data, etc.
Geniee Group collects and uses the
following data, etc., to the extent that it does not fall under the category of
personal information, through the various services it provides. The use of this
data, etc., includes the distribution of behaviorally targeted advertisements
as stipulated in Article 12 , provision to
third parties, and other uses for the provision and improvement of Geniee Group's
services.
• Statistical data created by
processing personal information so that individuals cannot be identified

APIs relating to personal information
provided by Geniee Group's business partners , we will not use personal
information or user data obtained using the APIs for developing, improving, or
training AI and ML models.
GENIEE SFA/CRM uses the Gmail API
(gmail.send scope), part of Google Workspace APIs,to send emails from users'
Gmail accounts with their authorization.
Google user data obtained through this
API is used solely for the email sending feature and is not shared with any
third parties.
Users may revoke access at any time
through their Google Account settings
(https://myaccount.google.com/permissions), and authorization data will be
deleted upon disconnection.
GENIEE SFA/CRM's use and transfer to
any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the
Google API Services User Data Policy
(https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy),
including the Limited Use requirements.

11. Cookies
To provide a more convenient browsing
experience when you return to the Geniee Group website, or to measure
advertising effectiveness and access status, we may send data called cookies
(Note 1 ), an industry-standard technology that identifies the computer used by
visitors, and record it on your hard disk.
Please note that cookies do not identify individuals. You can refuse to receive
such data by configuring your internet browsing software (browser), but please note
that doing so may prevent you from using the website properly. Cookies and IP
address information cannot be used alone to identify a specific individual, and
are therefore not considered personal information. However, when this information
is used in conjunction with personal information, it will also be considered
personal information.
On websites operated by the Geniee
Group, when cookies and IP address information are used, the purpose and method
will be disclosed, even if they do not allow the identification of specific
individuals . Cookie information can also be rejected by changing your browser
settings. If rejecting cookies prevents you from receiving the service, we will
make a public announcement to that effect.

12. Disabling Behavioral
Targeting
Geniee Group provides behaviorally
targeted advertising. Behavioral targeted advertising is an advertising service

include information that can identify specific individuals. If you do not wish

1. How to proceed
The Geniee Group accepts requests from
individuals or their agents for notification of the purpose of use of personal
information, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion of content, suspension
of use, deletion, suspension of provision to third parties, or disclosure of
records of provision to third parties (hereinafter referred to as
"disclosure, etc.") regarding personal information held by the Geniee
Group ( items 1 to 6 in the table shown in "1. Purpose of Use of Personal
Information" [excluding information on contractors dispatched by
cooperating companies for item 5]) through the Geniee Inquiry Desk. However,
please note that we will not be able to comply with your request if it is
necessary to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, or if the
Geniee Group's retention period has expired.
